Real Estate
Gerald began his real estate career as a teenager. He spent most of his youth helping in the family business, closing real estate deals for oil company CEOs, entrepreneurs, and ambassadors in Caracas, Venezuela. Gerald believes a good real estate agent must truly care about his client’s needs, know the market area, be an excellent negotiator, answer the phone, and have integrity and honesty. Since becoming an agent, he has been helping clients looking to buy or sell primary residences, luxury condos, commercial and investment properties. Gerald also conducts international real estate transactions.
Nevertheless, his passion for helping others does not end there. Gerald has been volunteering for WiNGS Dallas for over 10 years, where he teaches financial education, real estate investments, savings, budgeting, and conducts one-on-one financial coaching. He also spends his time volunteering for the Dallas Children Advocacy Center and Dallas homeless shelters, among others.
Prior to fully dedicating his time to the business of helping clients with their residential or commercial real estate needs, Gerald was the vice president of an investigative and security agency. The research experience he gained at the agency helps him now find great real estate opportunities for his clients. Gerald holds undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Texas at Dallas.
